Project Manager/Senior HR Generalist

As an integral part of the team, this Project Manager/Senior HR Generalist will drive leadership across commercial growth opportunities as well as internally with performance coaching and project management across the team.

Alongside the team of Mathematicians and Retail Specialists, you will bring your extensive HR experience, essentially across IR and Change Management, to develop and provide a deep understanding of client needs, directly leading account management responsibilities and driving the commercial growth of the business. You will ideally have experience within the retail sector and have had exposure or an understanding of rostering. You will sit as the conduit between the client and the Roster Right technical team.

Critical to the role’s success is a commercial mindset with an ability to understand business issues and identify benefits which deliver tangible results for organisations. You will have the opportunity to contribute to various aspects of the business whilst showcasing your expert technical capabilities and contributing to the strategic client approach.

In addition to the above, you will ideally possess:

  • Change Management experience, to assist with effective product rollout with clients
  • Strong IR exposure and understanding, particularly understanding of Awards and EBAs as it relates to rosters, compliance and change management
  • Previous experience leading and coaching teams
  • Project Management experience
  • Strong commercial and business acumen
  • Experience in Account Management or Consulting is ideal but not essential
